A recruiter-facing assistant I built into this site. It answers questions about my experience, the systems I've shipped, and role fit, grounded in a curated knowledge base. When it doesn't know, it says so and points to a call.

What I'm looking for

Roles where customer-facing systems work fits.

01

Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineer

Deploy AI agents and integrations inside real customer environments, then own the outcome. Discovery, demos, integration scoping, security reviews, and production monitoring with Datadog. Digital asset custody, wallets, off-exchange, fintech.

02

Sales Engineer

Trusted technical voice with prospects and customers: discovery, demos, RFPs, security questionnaires, and translating product depth into a path the buyer can act on.

03

AI PM / AI Builder

Own the workflow, model selection, integrations, guardrails, observability, and QA for AI systems teams can depend on. Measure time saved, handoff quality, and whether teams keep using it.

Fintech, web3, payments, and digital asset custody are the domains I've spent the last four years inside. APAC and EMEA both work. If the seat you're hiring for sits on that line, say hi.

Review excerpts

What managers said.

During H2 you proved why I could trust you with the exchange focality, acting with independence, deep-diving into customer issues, and assisting with enablements. You demonstrated being a dedicated engineer for a customer, enhancing their experience with Fireblocks.

About

A bit more, in my own words.

I'm Ben. I started at Fireblocks four years ago close to the customer and close to the product: wallets, transactions, policies, integrations, and the parts that fail in interesting ways. The work taught me to translate fast: from confused customer reports to precise reproductions, from log noise to root cause, and from recurring pain to product gaps worth writing up.

Somewhere along the way I stopped wanting to repeat the same investigation twice and started wanting to build the workflow once. So I built things. n8n pipelines that retired manual reports. A reporting job that cut 30 minutes of SQL to 4 seconds of automation. TRBT, a multi-agent investigation system my team now runs daily. And an open-source EVM transaction debugger you can try right now.

Now I'm looking outward. The same approach carries over well to roles where customer discovery, technical depth, AI workflow design, and measurable value sit together: forward deployed, solutions, and sales engineering, and AI product. Fintech, web3, payments, and crypto custody are domains I've already spent years inside. If that sounds like the seat you're hiring for, I'd love to talk.
